This policy explains how Elevated Compound handles order cancellations, returns, refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, and order issues.

Research Material Handling Notice

Due to the nature of research materials, storage requirements, chain-of-custody concerns, and product integrity risks, returns may be limited or unavailable once an order has shipped.

1. General Policy

Elevated Compound reviews refund, return, replacement, and cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed unless required by applicable law or expressly confirmed by Elevated Compound in writing.

Because products may be temperature-sensitive, handling-sensitive, research-use materials, we generally cannot accept returned products once they have left our control, unless we specifically authorize a return.

2. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing an order. If an order has not yet been processed, packed, fulfilled, or transferred to a carrier, we may cancel the order and issue a refund where applicable.

Once an order has been packed, shipped, transferred to a carrier, or otherwise processed for fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

3. Returns

Returns are generally not accepted for research materials unless expressly approved by Elevated Compound. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to sender.

Returns may be denied for the following reasons:

  • The product has shipped or left Elevated Compound’s control.
  • The product may have been exposed to unknown storage or handling conditions.
  • The product is temperature-sensitive, sealed, sterile, analytical, or research-use material.
  • The product packaging, seal, label, vial, container, or documentation has been opened, altered, damaged, or tampered with.
  • The issue resulted from customer misuse, improper storage, improper handling, incorrect address entry, refusal of delivery, or unauthorized use.

4. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If an order arrives damaged, missing an item, or containing the wrong item, contact us promptly after delivery.

To review the issue, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and packing materials
  • Photos of the product, label, vial, seal, or damage
  • Description of the issue
  • Carrier tracking information

Depending on the situation, Elevated Compound may offer a replacement, credit, partial refund, full refund, or other resolution at its discretion.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays may occur and are outside of our direct control. If a package appears delayed, we may ask that you allow additional time for the carrier to update tracking or complete delivery.

If a package appears lost, we may assist with review, carrier inquiry, replacement eligibility, or other resolution options. Final resolution may depend on carrier tracking, insurance coverage, delivery confirmation, package status, and order circumstances.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Elevated Compound is not responsible for failed deliveries, returned packages, lost packages, delivery delays, additional shipping costs, or replacement costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible, unless another method is required or agreed to by Elevated Compound.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment method, payment provider, bank, gateway, or processor. Shipping fees, transaction fees, insurance fees, processing fees, and handling costs may be non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Elevated Compound.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, returns, replacements, or credits may be denied for:

  • Customer error or incorrect order selection
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
  • Refused deliveries
  • Failure to retrieve a package after delivery or attempted delivery
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery
  • Opened, altered, tampered, or damaged product packaging
  • Unauthorized use or non-research use
  • Misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of website policies
  • Chargeback abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity

9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Elevated Compound first so we can review and attempt to resolve order concerns.

We reserve the right to restrict future orders, suspend accounts, cancel pending orders, or refuse service where we identify chargeback abuse, fraud, policy violations, or misuse of the dispute process.

10. Research Use Only

All products are offered strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, reference, or in-vitro research purposes only, as applicable. Products are not offered for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or any unauthorized use.
