Shipping Notice

Shipping timelines are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, delivery restrictions, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been received, cleared, reviewed, and accepted by Elevated Compound.

Processing times may vary based on order volume, payment review, compliance review, inventory availability, shipping cutoff times, weekends, holidays, weather, or other operational factors.

2. Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods may vary depending on destination, order contents, carrier availability, package weight, package size, and operational requirements.

Elevated Compound may use USPS, UPS, or other carriers at its discretion. The final shipping carrier or service level may vary based on the order and shipping requirements.

3. Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Elevated Compound.

Estimated delivery windows begin after the package has been accepted by the carrier, not necessarily when the order is placed.

4. Shipping Delays

Elevated Compound is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, incorrect address information, failed delivery attempts, package routing issues, holidays, customs, security screening, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated time frame, Elevated Compound may contact the customer with available options, which may include waiting for delayed fulfillment, modifying the order, cancelling the unshipped portion, or receiving a refund where applicable.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at checkout.

Elevated Compound is not responsible for lost packages, returned packages, failed deliveries, delays, additional shipping costs, or replacement costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable shipping information provided by the customer.

6. Tracking Information

Tracking information may be provided after an order is processed and a shipping label is created. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives or scans the package.

A tracking number or label creation notice does not always mean the package has already been physically scanned by the carrier.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, but the customer cannot locate it, the customer should first check the delivery area, mailbox, mailroom, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office.

Elevated Compound may assist with review where possible, but we are not responsible for theft, misplacement, delivery-area issues, or packages marked delivered by the carrier.

8. Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged, contact us promptly and provide photos of the package, label, packing materials, and affected items.

Damage claims may require carrier review, photo documentation, and order verification. Resolution may vary based on the facts of the shipment and available carrier remedies.

9. Temperature and Storage-Sensitive Materials

Some research materials may be sensitive to temperature, light, humidity, handling, or storage conditions. Customers are responsible for retrieving packages promptly after delivery and storing materials appropriately upon receipt.

Elevated Compound is not responsible for degradation, exposure, contamination, or product issues caused by delayed pickup, improper storage, prolonged exposure after delivery, or customer handling after receipt.

10. Orders Containing Primarily Reconstitution Solution or Heavy Liquid Items

Orders consisting primarily of reconstitution solution, heavier liquid items, or bulky items may ship using an alternate carrier or service level. Final shipping method is determined at Elevated Compound’s discretion based on package weight, contents, destination, carrier availability, and shipping requirements.

11. Shipping Restrictions

Elevated Compound reserves the right to refuse, cancel, restrict, or review any order where shipping may create legal, regulatory, carrier, compliance, safety, operational, or fraud concerns.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products may be lawfully purchased, received, possessed, and used for lawful research purposes in their jurisdiction.

12. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss may pass to the customer once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Shipping insurance or carrier protection may be available where offered. If insurance is optional and not selected, coverage for loss or damage may be limited.

13. Research Use Only

All products are offered strictly for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, reference, or in-vitro research purposes only, as applicable. Products are not offered for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, or any unauthorized use.
