Product and Testing Questions

Do products come with a Certificate of Analysis?

Where applicable, products may be associated with a Certificate of Analysis, batch record, laboratory report, or other supporting documentation. Availability may vary by product, batch, testing scope, and documentation status.

What does a COA show?

A COA may include information such as product name or code, batch number, tested amount, purity, mass, identity confirmation, analytical method, testing date, or laboratory reference details, depending on the product and testing scope.

Does a COA mean a product is suitable for human use?

No. COAs and testing documents are provided strictly for research, laboratory, analytical, and quality-reference purposes. They do not establish suitability for human, veterinary, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or consumer use.

Is every product tested the same way?

No. Testing may vary by product, batch, form, supplier, laboratory method, and testing scope. Customers should review the specific documentation available for the applicable batch or product.

Ordering Questions

Does an order confirmation mean my order has been accepted?

Not necessarily. All orders are subject to review and acceptance. Elevated Compound may refuse, cancel, hold, or review orders for availability, payment, fraud-prevention, compliance, shipping, or policy-related reasons.

Can I cancel an order after placing it?

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, packed, fulfilled, or transferred to a carrier, we may be able to cancel it. Once an order has shipped or entered fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Can you change my shipping address after I order?

Contact us immediately if the address is incorrect. Address changes are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment.

Shipping Questions

What shipping carriers do you use?

Elevated Compound may use USPS, UPS, or other carriers depending on destination, package size, package weight, order contents, carrier availability, and operational requirements.

Are delivery estimates guaranteed?

Delivery estimates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing by Elevated Compound. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other factors may affect delivery.

What should I do if my package says delivered but I cannot find it?

First check your mailbox, delivery area, front desk, mailroom, parcel locker, neighbors, household members, and local carrier office. If the package still cannot be located, contact us with your order number and tracking number.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Contact us promptly with your order number, tracking number, photos of the package, packing materials, shipping label, and affected items so we can review the issue.

Returns and Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Returns are generally limited due to the nature of research materials, storage requirements, handling concerns, and product integrity risks. Returns must be expressly approved by Elevated Compound.

When are refunds available?

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds may be issued for eligible cancellations, verified order issues, damaged shipments, missing items, incorrect items, or other approved circumstances.

Are shipping fees refundable?

Shipping fees, payment processing fees, handling fees, insurance fees, and transaction fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or specifically approved by Elevated Compound.
