1. Program Overview

Elevated Compound may allow approved affiliates, referral partners, content creators, publishers, or promotional partners to share affiliate links, referral URLs, coupon codes, or other promotional references to Elevated Compound.

By joining, applying to, or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to these Affiliate Program Terms, our Affiliate Disclosure, Terms & Conditions, Research Use Only Disclaimer, Privacy Policy, Compliance Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

2. Approval and Participation

Participation in the affiliate program is not guaranteed. Elevated Compound may approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or terminate any affiliate account at any time and for any reason, including legal, regulatory, compliance, fraud, reputational, operational, or policy-related concerns.

Affiliates must provide accurate and current information. False, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account denial, suspension, termination, commission reversal, or payout withholding.

3. Affiliate Disclosures

Affiliates are required to clearly disclose their relationship with Elevated Compound whenever sharing affiliate links, referral URLs, coupon codes, sponsored references, product references, or promotional content.

Disclosures must be easy to notice, easy to understand, and placed close to the affiliate link, referral code, post, video, message, or promotional statement.

Examples of acceptable disclosure language include:

• “Affiliate disclosure: I may earn a commission if you order through my link.”
• “This is an affiliate link. I may receive compensation for qualifying purchases.”
• “I may earn a referral commission from Elevated Compound.”
• “Referral disclosure: I may be compensated if you use my link or code.”

4. Research Use Only Advertising

Affiliates must clearly maintain the research-use-only positioning of Elevated Compound products. Products may only be promoted as research, laboratory, analytical, reference, or in-vitro research materials, as applicable.

Affiliates may not promote any product for human consumption, veterinary use, injection, ingestion, inhalation, topical application, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic use, supplement use, drug use, bodybuilding use, weight-loss use, sexual-performance use, anti-aging use, or any other unauthorized use.

5. Prohibited Claims

Affiliates may not make or imply any claim that a product can diagnose, treat, mitigate, cure, prevent, improve, enhance, alter, or affect any disease, condition, symptom, biological function, appearance, performance outcome, body composition outcome, or health-related outcome.

Prohibited claims include, but are not limited to:

• Medical, health, wellness, therapeutic, diagnostic, or disease-related claims.
• Dosing, protocol, cycle, administration, reconstitution, or usage instructions for humans or animals.
• Claims about fat loss, muscle gain, recovery, libido, fertility, hormones, injury healing, skin improvement, cognition, sleep, inflammation, appetite, longevity, or performance.
• Before-and-after claims, personal-use testimonials, transformation claims, or outcome-based claims.
• Statements suggesting products are safe, effective, approved, recommended, or intended for human or veterinary use.

6. Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates may not use misleading, deceptive, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate promotional methods.

Prohibited methods include, but are not limited to:

• False or misleading advertising.
• Spam, unsolicited messages, bot activity, fake engagement, or deceptive traffic.
• Trademark bidding, brand impersonation, domain spoofing, or pretending to be Elevated Compound.
• Posting in restricted forums, groups, platforms, or communities where promotion is not permitted.
• Using stolen content, unauthorized images, copied branding, or misleading screenshots.
• Making claims that violate platform policies, payment processor policies, advertising rules, or applicable law.
• Encouraging misuse, resale for unauthorized use, misbranding, or non-research use.

7. Coupon Codes and Affiliate Links

Affiliate links, referral URLs, and coupon codes are assigned at the discretion of Elevated Compound. Affiliates may not alter, misrepresent, or misuse links or codes.

Coupon codes may be changed, disabled, restricted, or removed at any time. Elevated Compound is not responsible for expired, invalid, mistyped, misused, or improperly shared codes.

8. Commission Eligibility

Eligible affiliates may earn commissions on qualifying referred purchases, subject to tracking, approval, refund status, payout rules, fraud review, program settings, and compliance review.

Commission eligibility is not guaranteed. Elevated Compound may reject, reverse, withhold, adjust, or cancel commissions at its discretion.

9. Commission Reversals and Withholding

Commissions may be rejected, reversed, reduced, or withheld for:

• Refunded, cancelled, failed, disputed, or charged-back orders.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, duplicate, or self-referred orders where not permitted.
• Policy violations, prohibited claims, misleading promotion, or improper affiliate disclosures.
• Orders placed using unauthorized promotions, fake accounts, or manipulated tracking.
• Any activity that creates legal, regulatory, reputational, payment, platform, operational, or compliance risk.

10. Payouts

Payout timing, minimum payout amounts, payment methods, payout review, and payout eligibility may be determined by Elevated Compound and may change at any time.

Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payout information. Elevated Compound is not responsible for failed payouts, delays, incorrect payment details, or third-party payment provider issues caused by affiliate error.

11. Refund Grace Period

Commissions may be subject to a refund, cancellation, chargeback, or review period before becoming eligible for payout. If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, disputed, or reversed, the related commission may be rejected or reversed.

12. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, fees, obligations, or filings related to affiliate commissions or compensation.

Elevated Compound may request tax forms, identity information, payment details, or other information before issuing payouts where required or appropriate.

13. Independent Contractor Status

Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, representatives, legal partners, franchisees, or joint venturers of Elevated Compound.

Affiliates may not bind Elevated Compound, speak on behalf of Elevated Compound, make guarantees, approve refunds, authorize claims, or represent themselves as official Elevated Compound staff.

14. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may only use Elevated Compound names, logos, images, product references, links, and promotional assets in a manner approved by Elevated Compound and consistent with these terms.

Elevated Compound may require affiliates to remove, revise, or stop using any content, asset, claim, post, page, video, message, listing, or promotion at any time.

15. Monitoring and Content Review

Elevated Compound may monitor affiliate activity, review promotional content, request edits, require removal of content, suspend links, disable codes, withhold commissions, or terminate accounts if affiliate activity violates these terms or creates risk.

Failure to remove or correct noncompliant content after request may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions where permitted by law.

16. Termination

Elevated Compound may suspend or terminate an affiliate account at any time, with or without prior notice, for policy violations, prohibited claims, fraud concerns, disclosure failures, reputational risk, regulatory risk, or any other reason deemed appropriate.

Upon termination, affiliates must stop using affiliate links, coupon codes, Elevated Compound branding, promotional assets, and any content implying an active relationship with Elevated Compound.

17. No Guarantee of Earnings

Elevated Compound does not guarantee affiliate earnings, traffic, conversion rates, commission approval, payout amounts, or program availability.

18. Changes to Program Terms

Elevated Compound may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the affiliate program or these Affiliate Program Terms at any time. Continued participation after updates are posted or communicated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
